Citizens Online is a national charity that believes participation in the digital world is a basic human right. It is committed to ensuring that the benefits of digital technologies can be enjoyed and shared by everybody, so that society becomes more inclusive.

 

• It supported the “Go ON Give an Hour” campaign through its communication channels.
• It runs a volunteer programme for digital champions and held a number of local events in partnership the “Get IT Together” campaign with BT and the Nominet Trust.
• Citizens Online has delivered 3 year long community development digital inclusion projects, in 40 UK communities, targeting those with the highest levels of digital and social exclusion.
